Biscuits
Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/3 c. shortening and 2/3 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix flour and sugar.
Cut in shortening until mixture is like small peas.
Add buttermilk (more for moister biscuits; less for drier biscuits).
Mix until mixture comes away from sides of bowl. (Should require very little mixing.)
Knead a little and shape into biscuits.
Bake at 450Β° for approximately 12 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and butter top of biscuits.
