Biscuit Squares is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. buttermilk biscuit and baking mix, 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. milk and 3 tbsp. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Measure biscuit mix into large bowl.
In small bowl, stir together sour cream and milk; stir into biscuit mix to form a soft dough.
Turn out onto surface dusted with additional biscuit mix; knead 10 times.
Shape into an 8 x 8 inch square pan.
