Biscuit Pudding
Biscuit Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 biscuits, 3 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. butter, 3 eggs and 1/2 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Break up 10 biscuits into small pieces.
Soak with water until soft.
Mix 1 1/2 cups of sugar with melted 2 tablespoons of butter and eggs.
Add buttermilk, soda, 1 teaspoon vanilla and raisins (optional) and stir well.
Put in hot buttered pan.
Bake at 435Β° for 30 minutes.
