Biscuit Pizza Bake
Biscuit Pizza Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2 tubes (12 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, 1 can (15 oz.) pizza sauce, 1 c. chopped green pepper and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink.
Meanwhile, quarter the biscuits; place in a 3 quart greased, shallow baking dish.
Top with the pizza sauce.
Drain beef; sprinkle over biscuits and sauce.
Layer with green peppers, onion, mushrooms, pepperoni and cheeses.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
