Biscuit Breakfast Ring
Biscuit Breakfast Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed, 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 tbsp. water, 1/3 c. raisins and 1/3 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine ingredients, except biscuits, and cook in microwave for 1 minute.
Stir to mix well butter, sugar and seasonings.
Add the quartered biscuits and stir to coat.
Place in microwave and cook on Full power for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
Let stand for 2 minutes.
Invert ring onto serving platter and serve immediately.
Bake in ring-shaped pan.
Yields 1 ring cake.
