Cut butter into self-rising flour with a pastry blender until crumbly; add milk and water, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead 3 or 4 times.
Pat dough into a 7-inch circle on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Cut a 1/2-inch deep X in top of dough; spray dough with cooking spray.
Bake at 425Β° for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned and done.
