Bird Stew
Bird Stew is an impressive dinner. Made with 25 birds, 6 lb. potatoes (1/2 cut small, the other 1/2 large), 2 lb. onions, 4 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes and 2 (14 oz.) bottles heinz catsup (add when nearly done), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook until birds are done and the meat begins to fall from bones.
Add half of the catsup and Worcestershire sauce after it has cooked 45 minutes and the other half about 1/2 hour before it is done.
Then, the flavor cooks into the meat.
