Billy's Cheesecake
Billy'S Cheesecake is an easy dinner. Made with 56 oz. cream cheese (seven 8 oz. pkg.), 1 1/4 c. sugar, 6 eggs, 1 c. sour cream and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
Add sugar, then eggs, one at a time.
Add sour cream and vanilla.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and place the whole pan into a larger pan so that the cooking cake is surrounded by hot water.
Bake at 450Β° for 35 minutes.
Yields 24 pieces of cheesecake.
