Big Bean Pot
Big Bean Pot is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. bacon, diced, 3 medium onions, chopped, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/3 c. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 350°.
In Dutch oven, cook and stir bacon and onions until bacon is crisp and onions are tender.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Makes 12 (1/2 cup) servings.
