Big Batch Cookies
Big Batch Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. butter (2 c.), softened, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 4 eggs, lightly beaten and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix well.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Fold in nuts and chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yield: 12 dozen.
