Better-Than-Ever-Apple-Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Preheat oven to 425Β°. Line 9-inch pie plate with bottom pastry crust.
Roll out top crust.
Combine apples, sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Arrange pears in 9-inch pie plate.
