Better Brussels Sprouts
Better Brussels Sprouts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 3 1/2 lb. brussels sprouts, 2 1/2 tbsp. butter, 2 1/2 tbsp. olive oil, 8 cloves garlic and 1 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut off stem and "X" bottom of each sprout.
Over low heat, melt the butter with olive oil in a large pot.
Add garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add sprouts; toss with butter mixture.
Add chicken broth, salt and pepper.
Cover; cook for 10 to 15 minutes over low.
Do not overcook.
Drain; return to pot.
Before serving, toss with melted butter and parsley.
