Best Pound Cake
Best Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. liquid butter buds, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 4 egg beaters, 4 tbsp. vanilla and 3 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Blend together with hand mixer the liquid Butter Buds, sugar, Egg Beaters and vanilla.
Alternate adding a little flour and then a little milk.
Keep alternating until you have added all the flour and milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold egg whites into cake mixture.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a Bundt pan sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
Serves 10 to 12.
