Best Hot Rolls
Best Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. warm water (105~ to 120~), 2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. vegetable oil and 2 pkg. dry yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add salt, eggs and sugar.
Mix. Blend vegetable oil into mixture.
Pour mixture into a large bowl and begin adding flour.
Knead dough for 5 minutes.
When dough is smooth and satiny, place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk.
Punch down and let rest for 10 minutes. Shape dough into rolls.
Let rise until doubled. Bake in preheated 400Β° oven for 15 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen rolls.
