Cream butter; add sugar.
Cream well until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a mix well. Sift flour and baking powder together. Chop nuts and fruit and mix with some flour.
Fold in flour mixture butter mixture.
Add vanilla and lemon extracts; mix well. Fold nuts and fruit.
into greased, paper-lined tube in cold oven and bake at 250Β° for 3 hours or until done.
