Heat over to 425°.
Cream softened butter and sugar.
Add vanilla.
Beat one egg in at a time with a fork, but do not over beat.
Add meal, milk, and vinegar.
Stir until mixed in well, but do not beat hard.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300° and continue baking for 40-45 minutes.
