Combine and sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla.
(Very light olive oil can be used.)
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
(Batter will be thin.)
Pour into greased pans.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes for oblong pan.
