Best Candy Apple Ever is an easy dinner. Made with washed and dried fuji apples, 1 bar chopped semi sweet ghiradelli baking chocolate, 1 bag unwrapped caramels and 1 bag toasted chopped almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt baking chocolate on low in microwave, stirring constantly.
Dip each apple in melted chocolate and cool completely on wax paper.
Melt caramels on low in microwave, stirring constantly.
You may have to add a little corn syrup to be able to stir the melted caramels.
Dip each cool chocolate apple in the caramel, then sprinkle with chopped almonds.
Serve when cool.
