Melt chocolate.
Beat 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar and 2/3 cup oleo together.
Combine with chocolate.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt together with nuts.
Combine with above ingredients.
Bake in 11 x 13-inch pan 33 minutes at 350Β°.
May frost with chocolate icing.
