Best Bread Pudding
Best Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bread, 1/3 c. raisins, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grease 1 1/2-quart loaf pan or baking dish.
Butter and toast the bread slices.
Cut in squares and layer in the baking dish. Sprinkle raisins over bread.
Mix eggs, sugar, salt (if using), water, milk and vanilla; pour over bread and let stand 10 minutes. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 4 teaspoons of sugar; sprinkle over top of bread pudding and bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
