Best Bread Pudding
Best Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. milk, 1/3 c. sugar, 3 beaten eggs, 3 tbsp. margarine and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Scald 3 cups of milk.
Add sugar, eggs, margarine and vanilla. Spray 7 x 11-inch Pyrex dish and put raisins on bottom.
Break slices of bread, including crust, and place over raisins.
Pour milk mixture over bread and let stand until bread soaks up milk. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
Start in cold oven. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
