Bertha's Fudge
Bertha'S Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. sugar, 1 can evaporated milk (pet), 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 stick butter and 18 to 20 oz. almond hershey bars, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bring first 4 items slowly to a boil in a heavy pan.
Boil and stir for 8 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add almond Hershey bars, marshmallow cream, chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
Beat 5 minutes.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
This does not need to be refrigerated.
