Berry Delicious Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed, 3/4 c. sugar, 2/3 c. oil, 2 eggs and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
👨🍳 Instructions
Heat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour pan (bread pan).
In large bowl, add strawberries, sugar, oil and eggs.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add remaining dry ingredients.
Mix and pour into pan.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Frost with powdered sugar glaze.
