Berry Cobbler
Berry Cobbler is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 42 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine berries and cornstarch in medium bowl; toss lightly to coat.
Add pourable fruit; mix well. Spoon into 1-1/2-quart or 8-inch square baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Add milk, butter and concentrate; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Drop six heaping tablespoons of batter evenly over berries; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown and fruit is bubbly.
Cool on wire rack.
