Berry Cloud Dessert
Berry Cloud Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 egg whites, 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 3/4 c. sugar and 6 oz. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 275Β°.
Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until foamy.
Beat in 1 3/4 cups sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until stiff and glossy.
Very important, do not underbeat.
Spread in pan and bake for 60 minutes.
Turn off oven.
Leave meringue in oven with door closed about 12 hours or overnight.
