Belgian Waffles
Belgian Waffles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, separated, 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 tbsp. sugar and 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until light.
Add cooled melted butter, milk and vanilla or Ovaltine.
Add flour, baking powder and salt; beat well.
Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into batter.
Bake and serve.
Makes 10 (4 1/2-inch square) waffles.
