Belgian Potatoes
Belgian Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 potatoes, sliced thin, 1 bell pepper (medium), chopped, 1/2 large onion, grated or sliced thin, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Spread layer of potatoes on bottom of round casserole dish (1 1/2 to 2-quarts).
Pour half mixture of soup and milk over potatoes.
Spread onion, pepper and seasonings on top.
Repeat with all ingredients.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer uncovered to brown the top.
