Beetle Hats is an easy dinner. Made with bologna, mashed potatoes and grated medium cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place bologna in a pan.
Put 2 tablespoons of creamed potatoes in the center of bologna.
Put cheese on top of potatoes.
Place in oven at 375Β° and cook until cheese is melted and bologna starts to roll up and brown around the edges.
