Beet Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can whole or sliced beets, finely chopped, 1 heaping tbsp. hellmann's mayonnaise and salt to taste (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Drain liquid from beets.
Beets may be finely chopped in food processor or grated by hand.
Mix mayonnaise with beets.
