Beet Salad
Beet Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1 can shoestring beets, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 small onion, grated and 1 tbsp. mustard seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain beets.
Add enough water to make 2 cups.
Heat to boiling.
Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Stir in sugar, salt, vinegar and seed.
When slightly thickened, add remaining ingredients.
Mold and chill.
