Beet Salad
Beet Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. cherry gelatin, 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin, 1 pkg. raspberry gelatin, 3 c. hot water and 1/2 c. sweet pickle juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve gelatins in hot water.
Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 X 13 pan or dish.
When set, spread with 1 cup salad dressing, 1 cup chopped celery and 1/2 cup chopped green onion, mixed together.
