Beet Salad
Beet Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can beets, drained well and liquid reserved, 1 c. sugar, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry jell-o, 1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin and 1/2 c. wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mash beets.
Combine reserved liquid with enough water to make 3 cups.
Heat and add sugar.
Add Jell-O and gelatin; dissolve.
Let mixture cool.
Pour vinegar over beets.
Fold beets, onion, and mustard seed into jello mixture.
Allow to cool and gel.
