Beet Pickles
Beet Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. vinegar, 5 lb. white sugar and 1 pkg. mrs. wagner spices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix all the ingredients and put in a gallon jug.
Wash beets; cut top of beets off, leaving about 2-inches on top of beets. Boil beets until tender; thin skin beets while hot.
Bring the spice mixture to a boil.
Pack beets in a quart jar and pour spice mixture over them.
Seal while hot.
