Beet Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. vinegar, 6 c. sugar and 1 peck uncooked beets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut tops off beets; cook until tender.
Peel and cut beets in size wanted.
Boil vinegar and sugar together.
Add cooked beets; bring to boil.
Pack in hot jars; finish filling jar with syrup. Seal; put jars in a 250Β° oven for 10 minutes.
