Beet Jelly
Beet Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. beet juice, 1 pkg. grape kool-aid, 5 c. sugar and 1 pkg. sure-jell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Measure beet juice in large pan; heat to boiling.
Add Sure-Jell and Kool-Aid.
Mix well and bring to boiling again.
Add sugar and bring to boil and boil for 3 minutes.
Pour in jars and seal.
This tastes like grape jelly.
