Beet Jelly
Beet Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. hot beet juice, 1 box sure-jell, 1 box raspberry jello and 4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Stir together juice, Sure-Jell and jello.
Bring to a boiling point and add sugar.
Boil good for 1 minute.
Pour in jars and seal.
