Beet Jelly
Beet Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. beet juice, 1 pkg. grape kool-aid, 1 pkg. sure-jell and 4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil together beef juice, Kool-Aid and Sure-Jell for 2 minutes. Add sugar and boil another 2 minutes.
Put in clean jars and seal.
I cover mine with paraffin. Store in a cool place. Very good!
