Beet Jelly
Beet Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 6 1/2 c. beet juice, 1 pkg. sure-jell, 6 c. sugar and 2 pkg. raspberry kool-aid, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil juice and Sure-Jell hard for 5 minutes.
Add the sugar and boil hard for 10 minutes.
Add Kool-Aid.
Pour into sterilized jars.
