Beet Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. beet juice, 1 pkg. pectin, 1/2 c. lemon juice and 6 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash beets; boil to make juice.
Mix in Pectin and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil.
Add sugar; return to boil.
Boil hard 4 to 6 minutes; seal in jars.
