Beet Jam
Beet Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (1 lb.) cans sliced beets, 1/3 c. lemon juice, 6 c. sugar and 1 pkg. sure-jell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grind beets in a food chopper.
Measure 3 2/3 cups pulp and juice and add lemon juice.
Add Sure-Jell and bring to a boil.
Add sugar.
Stir and bring to a full boil again.
Boil for one minute. Put in glasses and cover with paraffin.
