Beer Cheese Dip
Beer Cheese Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (1 oz.) pkg. hidden valley ranch milk recipe original ranch salad dressing mix, 1/2 to 3/4 c. beer and chopped green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In medium bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and salad dressing mix.
Gradually stir in beer until mixture is to desired consistency.
Garnish with green onion and additional Cheddar cheese.
