Beer-Cheese Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 3 3/4 c. bisquick baking mix, 1 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 can (12 oz.) beer (1 1/2 c.) and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease 2-quart casserole or grease and flour 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Mix all ingredients, beat vigorously 30 seconds.
Pour into pan of your choice.
