Beer Bread
Beer Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 3 rounded c. self-rising flour, 3 heaping tbsp. sugar and 1 (12 oz.) can warm beer, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine flour and sugar in bowl.
Make a "well" in center and pour in a can of beer.
Mix well.
Put into greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Rub crust with stick of butter when done. Very good and tastes like you worked a lot harder on it than you did.
