Beer Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. wheat germ, 3 c. self-rising flour, 3 tbsp. sugar and 12 oz. beer (at room temperature), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325Β° for about 1 1/4 hours or until top is brown.
