Beer Bottom Chicken
Beer Bottom Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 - 2 1/2 lb. whole fryer chicken, 1/2 medium onion, 1 12 oz. can beer and marinade of your choice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Marinate chicken for 1 - 2 hours.
Insert 1/2 medium onion into chicken cavity and push to top.
Open can of beer and discard half.
You have your way, I have mine! Set chicken onto remaining 1/2 can of beer, forming a tripod with legs and beer can.
Grill over medium heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until you can shake hands with your chicken.
Baste occasionally with leftover marinade.
Let chicken cool, remove beer can and onion.
Cut up and serve.
