Made with 1 1/2 c. sifted pancake mix, 1 1/2 c. flour, sifted, 1 can cheap beer (prefer ale), warm, 2 eggs (room temperature) and 6 to 8 oz. 7-up or sprite, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
