Beefy Cheese Ball
Beefy Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 (3-4 oz.) pkg. dried chipped beef (type found in plastic bag, not jars), 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 2 tbsp prepared mustard and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Let cream cheese stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Beat with mixer until smooth.
Chop beef (1 package at a time) in blender; set aside.
Add 1 package of beef to cream cheese; add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion and mayonnaise.
Mix completely.
Shape cheese mixture into a ball on cheese tray; cover ball completely with second package of beef.
