Beefy Ball
Beefy Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 c. pecans, chopped fine, 1 tbsp. minced onion or 1 small onion, chopped fine and 1/2 jar dried beef, cut up fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Be sure beef, pecans and onion are all chopped fine.
Mix well and make into a ball.
Refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle paprika on the next day (optional).
Spread on crackers to serve.
