Beefy Ball
Beefy Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 c. pecans, chopped fine, 1 tbsp. minced onion or 1 small onion, chopped fine and 1/2 jar dried beef, cut up fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Be sure beef, pecans and onion are all chopped fine.
Mix well and make into a ball.
Refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle paprika on the next day (optional).
Spread on crackers to serve.
