Combine all ingredients except catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
Bake together at 350Β° for 40 minutes per pound of meat. Cool.
Pull out bones, fat and gristle with your hands.
Shred meat.
Now add catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
Reheat and "cook down" a little.
Serve on buns.
This is a wonderful make-ahead beef barbecue.
It doubles, triples and quadruples easily and freezes beautifully.
